We are a Mental Health Billing Company with 23+ years experience in the industry. We focus on the unique needs of mental health providers. We have experience with all the different insurance companies as well as many EAP companies. Our mission is to maximize revenue for Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social Workers, in a timely and cost effective manner. We strive to streamline the billing process to make it easy and efficient.

We understand that mental health billing is distinctly different from other types of medical billing. For one, the mental health payer is not always the same as the medical payer. Reimbursement may be handled by a third party such as Value Options or Magellan. Medicare, Blue shield, Tricare and EAP may have their own authorization and billing criteria. Our experienced staff understands CPT and ICD coding for therapy, evaluation and management neuropsych, academic testing, and evaluation and management claims.
